Course Registration


The purpose of this conference is to update physicians, scientists, nurses and other healthcare professionals, trainees, and the general public in the greater Midwest region on:

1) the past, present, and future of adult stem cell therapy;
2) new developments in adult stem cell research;
3) diagnosis and treatment guidelines related to cell therapy for various medical conditions;
4) management of patients using these new cell transplantation technologies; and
5) the ethical use of regulated adult stem cells.

    REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

    A full refund of registration fees, less a $15 administrative fee, will be available if requested in writing and received by September 1, 2017. No refunds will be made after that date. A $30 fee also will be charged for returned checks. (Please note that if you fail to cancel by the deadline and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.)

    KU Medical Center Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel the course and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of the University of Kansas Medical Center is limited to the registration fee. The University of Kansas Medical Center will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
